Qualifications and skills
- Graduate of a post-secondary institution, with IGCSE/O’ Level certificates or equivalent, as a minimum qualification
- 1 to 2 years’ work experience in a related/similar role (hospitality/service industry, ideally in a Food and Beverage role) preferred
- Fluency in English and French
- Formal qualification in a related field an added advantage
- Excellent customer service skills- Possesses a customer-focused attitude with a positive 'can do’ approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational, decision making and problem solving skills
- Pleasant disposition with a mature and courteous approach
- Excellent grooming standards
- Or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Summary
- Prepare the lounge to receive guests, ensuring orderliness and cleanliness. Tidy up the lounge and discard and replenish the magazine and newspaper racks.
- Accurately complete all required company documentation.
- Provide first-class customer services to the Lounge’s guests. Ensure that the same level of service is provided during flight delays.
- Ensure the professional presentation and service of food and beverages in compliance with the stipulated standards.
- Maintain an exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote the lounge products.
- Place orders for supplies and record deliveries of supplies.
- Anticipate the needs of lounge guests and note all special requests, likes and dislikes. Ensure that all reasonable requests are carried out.
- Assist guests with a diverse range of enquiries.
