Qualifications and skills
- Graduate of a post-secondary institution, preferably with ‘A’ levels or ‘O’ Level in English, and Maths.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the travel industry.
- Excellent influential, interpersonal and communication skills,verbal and written. Able to influence and interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and third parties.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work competently under pressure.
- A strong team player.
- Self-motivated, reliable, confidential and trustworthy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
- Good understanding of Airline Fares & Ticketing.
- Experience in using Airline Reservations System
- Able to compete assigned tasks with minimum supervision

Summary
- Recognize and prioritize system issues that have a revenue or financial issues.
- React quickly and efficiently in the case of a flight delay or disruption to come up with a re-accommodation plan by working with Operations Department. Provide re-
- accommodation report to responsible parties in time to communicate to guests.
- Perform analysis, testing and implementation of Interline Electronic Ticketing and projects related to partners and Global Distribution Systems.
- Manage queues and ensure Service Level Agreement response to General Sales Agents, Offices and third parties; keep the Offices informed of changes via ticket or phone or email, including waitlist clearance and rejects queues.
- Provide support to all third parties, codeshare and Air Seychelles customers with Passenger Name Record synchronization, updated Global Distribution System information and report performance to management.
- Work daily on the Domestic Flight consolidations.
- Provide support to Revenue Management Team with competitor benchmarking, fares and availability checks.
- Assist with the running of Schedule Change and inform all relevant parties of changes run in a timely manner.
