Air Seychelles launches a Seychelles dedicated Call Centre
Air Seychelles, the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles, has opened a new call centre in Seychelles to provide better support to its guests in the archipelago.
The new facility will operate between 6am and 11pm every day of the week, including public holidays, and is reachable by phoning the existing call centre number on 439 1000 or sending an email to callcentre@airseychelles.com.
The airline’s Seychellois call centre agents are fluent in English, French and Creole and have been trained to assist residents of Seychelles with flight reservations, flight changes, seat assignments and any other enquiries relating to their journey with Air Seychelles or the carrier’s frequent flyer program, Etihad Guest. Besides supporting Air Seychelles guests, the Call Center will also be able to provide information regarding departure and arrival times to guests travelling on other airlines.
Roy Kinnear, Chief Executive Officer of Air Seychelles, said: “We are pleased to open a call centre in Seychelles, which will significantly enhance the guest experience and customer service for travellers on the islands.
“Our professional team of call centre agents have undergone extensive training and will be taking calls seven days a week to ensure that our guests in the Seychelles market are well looked-after.
“Taking on board our customer feedback, this is yet another initiative to raise the level of customer service provided to our guests and Seychellois community at large.”
The next time you dial 439 1000, you will be speaking to Lynda, Keven, Myra, Annie, Agnes, Francoise, Barbara, Christiana, Antoine or Nadine.
