Air Seychelles, the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles, and the Seychelles Hospitality and Tourism Association (SHTA) have signed a Corporate Travel Service Agreement to support further promotion of hospitality properties in Seychelles at international Consumer and Trade shows.

The agreement is available to all members of the SHTA, including small and medium size properties which will now have access to more attractive fares when travelling on Air Seychelles network to promote their offerings and destination Seychelles.

Roy Kinnear, Chief Executive Officer Air Seychelles, said: ”Being the national airline of Seychelles, we are proud to be given the opportunity to support the  SHTA and their members. By doing so, we are ensuring the visibility of what Seychelles has to offer in terms of accommodation, growing awareness of our beautiful destination and eventually increasing the number of tourists visiting our shores.”

Sybille Cardon, Chief Executive Officer SHTA, said: “We are very excited about the cooperation with Air Seychelles.  SHTA membership is formed of different types and sizes of properties and with this agreement, everyone will benefit.

“Finally, those small, privately owned properties will get the possibility to access affordable corporate fares which will enable them to reach out to international partners and promote their offers to them.”

The agreement was signed on 1 March by Roy Kinnear, Chief Executive Officer Air Seychelles and Sybille Cardon, Chief Executive Officer SHTA, in presence of Air Seychelles and SHTA members of the Senior Management.
